Srdjan Sarenac wins residency with The Rescued

At the 28th edition of Festival Cinéma Méditerranéen Montpellier writer/director Srdjan Sarenac won a residency for three months in the beautiful cultural centre Moulin d’Andé in Normandy for the further development of his feature length script The Rescued.

Sarenac pitched the film with success: out of the selection of 16 international projects, The Rescued was honoured by the jury with a residency and a grant.

The Rescued is developed at Binger Filmlab in spring 2006 by Sarenac and Ivan Jovanovic. Sarenac attended the competition in Montpellier and will start his residency in the second part of January 2007.
