selection procedure takes place in two stages: a meeting of the
international selection committee and an interview of the short-listed
applicants.
This procedure takes place between 5 and 6 weeks from
the application deadline, and applicants are advised as to the outcome
within 5 working days of the final interview.
Selection of the group is of great importance due to the intensely
collaborative nature of the programme and because of the cultural and
professional exchange, which enriches and broadens each individual
participant and his or her project. We strive for a spread of national,
cultural, political, professional and ethnic backgrounds while also
taking into consideration the compatibility of personalities.
